Louise Illingworth

Louise Illingworth first developed an interest in herbal medicine over fifteen years ago when she consulted a practitioner and was treated with very positive results. 

Qualifying in 2004 as a medical herbalist after a five year degree course with the University of Wales at the College of Phytotherapy she has now joined the team at The Osteopathic House in Rickmansworth.  The course included a rigourous training in conventional medicine and diagnostics as well as the use of herbs and their application. 

Louise is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, established in 1864, as professional body for practicing herbalists.  She adheres to their strict code of ethics.

Louise is married with three small children whom she regularly treats with herbal remedies.

We are pleased she now joins the team and feel sure she will add benifit to any ailment.
