We are pleased Nick choose the Osteopathic House to begin building her career with. We have long been a fan of her and her work and she starts in 2010.

Nick began her career as a massage and sports massage therapist in 2001 when she completed an ITEC diploma in anatomy, physiology and body massage, and a certificate of sports massage through the Fellowship of Sports Masseurs and Therapists. Since then she has completed further study to extend her qualifications and techniques, most recently (between October 2007 and January 2009) an APNT diploma in sports injuries and massage at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine. She is a member of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT) and is registered with the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA).

Nick uses techniques such as soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques to complement her massage treatments. Each massage is designed to treat the particular needs of the individual and may be focused on a specific area or used to treat the whole body.

In her spare time, Nick enjoys running around the roads and paths of Rickmanworth as a change from running after her two young sons.
